Mark43 is a New York-based public safety software company that has been providing subscription software for law enforcement agencies all around the world.
The company has effectively raised a value worth $101 million during the Series E round of funding. The new capital acquired is the latest in a series of large investments in government technology firms.
The eight-year-old company will utilize the funds for developing advanced cloud-based product services and solutions and gradually expand internationally.
The business expansion will include the establishment of office space across cities in an effort to acquire more business opportunities. Since the local law enforcement agencies are readily transforming traditional tech systems, therefore, this new investment would be highly beneficial, according to Mark43 CEO and co-founder Scott Crouch. So far, the company has successfully generated $257 million.
