Microsoft to increase dividend once every three months

Since the capitulation of the dividend is just 1%, the rise in the dividend by 10% could be preferable for the inflation rate going on currently that is near to 8%.

Microsoft announced the quarterly dividend hike of less than $1 per single share or it could be calculated as $2.7 annually. It has been decided by Microsoft that the quarterly dividend will be settled to the shareholders in the month of December, 2022. The company set forth the date of the Annual meeting of stakeholders of 2022 to be December 13^th.

Historically, the company Microsoft has increased the rate of dividend every year since last 10-12 years. The first dividend in the financial year 2004 was $0.08 per share, increased up till $8.4 per share
